One day, a doc asked:
"What's the different between psychiatry & psychology?"
We all sat silently because, I guess, we didn't know the answer..
"A!" the docter called.
A gave his answer, & turn out wrong.
"B!"
B gave his answer as well, but same thing happen.
"The difference is, psychiatry is the knowledge of medication, that is why it is learnt by doctors. Psychology is the knowledge hold by sociologist."
So, that's the answer...
Yah, probably some did realise that psychologist more in giving advises & listening, but does not prescribe nor gave medicine like psychiatrist did (If they do, probably not the controlled-typed drugs). That does not mean that psychologist cannot work together with psychiatrist.
